Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the Albuquerque Warehouse and Santa Fe cross-dock operations, coordinating receiving, shipping, and material handling.

You will design storage systems, improve operations, manage multiple shifts (union or non-union), and develop a supervisory team to meet safety, quality, and service goals. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, continuous improvement, and leadership, with travel less than 5% and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operations/logistics or supply chain experience with two+ years of supervision.
• This position requires indefinite work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across all shifts and staff.
• Lead cost control, budgeting, and scheduling to meet financial objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Develop and mentor front-line supervisors and hourly staff.
• Ensure on-time product delivery to Sales and customers.
