Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to train and lead frontline warehouse staff across shifts, focusing on cost efficiency, safety, and process improvement. You will coordinate with supervisors to support operations and ensure timely material handling.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2 years in warehouse/logistics, and strong leadership. You will lift up to 40 lbs on occasion, with some weekend work and travel (<5%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
• Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred with exposure to Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience supervising front line staff in a performance-driven environment.
• Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and coach.
• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States; valid driver’s license; safe driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates with focus on cost efficiency, process improvement, service and safety.
• Coach and issue discipline; manage receiving and delivery of materials.
• Optimize docks, warehouse layout and truck loading patterns to reduce loading time.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales needs.
• Provide timely service to sales while minimizing costs.
• Develop and motivate the team to solve day-to-day issues and achieve goals.
