Job summary

PepsiCo Supply Chain in Indiana seeks a Warehouse Leader to oversee night-shift receiving, storage, and shipping operations. You will design product movement, develop a high-performing team, and drive safety, quality, and cost efficiency across the warehouse.

The role requires 5+ years in operations/logistics with 2+ years supervising, plus Lean/Six Sigma exposure and Forklift competence. Occasional travel and lifting up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of operations, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• 1+ year of experience tracking operational metrics.
• 1+ year of Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Safe driving record preferred.
• 1+ year of experience coaching frontline associates.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ associates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Night Shift - Tuesday to Saturday operations.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment per standards and regulations.
• Maintain quality standards of finished product.
• Ensure smooth delivery of product for Sales organization.
• Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
• Develop and motivate team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach goals.
• Lead change initiatives with minimal people impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Develop warehouse operations systems and storage requirements.
• Lead process improvements and optimize workflow and equipment layout.
• Occasionally operate forklift and manufacturing equipment; lift up to 40 lbs.
