Living Spaces in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Swing Shift) to lead the distribution center toward higher productivity, cost control, quality and safety. The role requires guiding daily operations, coordinating tasks, and fostering teamwork across shifts.

You will manage KPI reporting, set daily and weekly goals with managers, coach staff, and implement process improvements using Continuous Improvement tools, while ensuring OSHA compliance and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or distribution center role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Office 365) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). AX system knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department to meet productivity, cost, quality, and safety goals.
• Establish daily/weekly goals with department managers and ensure proper execution.
• Manage day-to-day activities including planning, flow, and resource prioritization.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and adherence to SOPs.
