Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–3 years in distribution or manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in high-volume distribution.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 10+ warehouse workers; assign, monitor, and evaluate workflow.
• Train employees on procedures per company policies.
• Maintain and complete required documentation.
• Hands-on involvement in all aspects of distribution (receiving, picking, shipping).
• Oversee shipping/receiving of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Input, retrieve, and evaluate information in computer systems.
