Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse 1 to lead a distribution center team, drive productivity, and manage daily operations with a focus on safety and quality. You will report on KPIs and collaborate with multiple departments to meet departmental goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and continuous improvement to sustain efficient workflows and adherence to SOPs within OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years in warehouse supervisory role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and WMS; AX experience is a plus.
• Ability to plan, lead and coach teams, ensure safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting of the distribution center including establishing and tracking KPI’s.
• Work with department managers to set daily and weekly goals and ensure execution of tasks.
• Manage day-to-day activity within the department, including planning, flow, and resource prioritization.
• Create alignment on process improvements across shifts and departments related to safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Establish relationships with partners (peers, leadership, HR, Asset Protection, Inventory Control, Transportation).
• Ensure operations comply with OSHA standards.
• Provide training, development and motivation to maximize production performance while following SOPs.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
