Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting of KPIs for the distribution center.
• Set daily and weekly goals with department managers.
• Oversee day-to-day activity, planning, flow and prioritization.
• Drive process improvements across shifts for safety, quality, and delivery.
• Build relationships with peers, HR, Asset Protection, Inventory Control and Transportation.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and SOP adherence.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
