Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a warehouse supervisor or distribution center role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of WMS; AX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the distribution center team to meet productivity, cost, quality and safety goals.
• Manage daily activity, planning, flow and resource prioritization.
• Establish goals and ensure proper execution; mentor team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and SOP adherence across shifts.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
