Job summary

Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced contract logistics environment. The role focuses on execution and problem-solving, coordinating with an operations partner to hit service and productivity goals.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years in warehouse/logistics, strong communication, and the ability to influence outcomes without direct supervision.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
Experience in contract logistics, 3PL/4PL, or outsourced operations preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse processes, WMS systems, and operational KPIs.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead operations and influence outcomes without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, or value-added operations.
Monitor productivity, quality, and service level performance.
Coordinate with operational partners to ensure staffing and workflow meet business needs.
Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.
Participate in shift meetings, handoffs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate operational documentation and performance reporting.
