Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC seeks a Warehouse Manager in Wisconsin to lead a team of 10 in the operation of the headquarters warehouses. You will oversee receiving, storage and distribution of all materials, drive safe, timely, and cost-effective output, and work to optimize the supply chain in line with corporate objectives.

The role requires solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing, at least 2 years in leadership, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Solid warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 2 years of prior warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; transition to SAP in coming years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates and oversee receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with objectives; track weekly KPIs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, quality assurance, and timely transactions for inbound/outbound goods.
• Coordinate with QA to resolve issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage equipment and maintenance, and propose capital expenditures.
