Qualifications

• Lead or supervise a team in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with inventory control and distribution operations.
• Ability to schedule labor and carriers effectively.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and company safety programs.
• Proficient in computer systems and warehouse software.
• Forklift certified and able to operate related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and act as first-line supervisor.
• Coordinate unloading of shipments and ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound items.
• Keep damage reports and documentation, file correctly.
• Track load status and departures; generate productivity reports.
• Manage cycle counts and oversee inventory and disposition.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
