Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Fort Worth, TX seeks a warehouse supervisor to plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates in a designated area, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

This role requires 3 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility for weekend shifts. You will coordinate with Traffic and Customer Service and help maintain compliance with inbound/outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in cold storage or warm storage while using PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action in a timely manner.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance, and report quantity difference and quality issues where applicable.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
