Job summary

Mayer in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Warehouse Lead to efficiently fill customer orders, receive, stock, stage, and ship materials. You will maintain the branch warehouse, ensure safety, and mentor other associates.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehousing, forklift certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Health, retirement, and paid time off benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other equipment preferred.
• If deliveries are required: must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass MVR checks.
• HS or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, and stage materials; maintain branch warehouse.
• Train and mentor Warehouse Associates and follow SOPs.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
