Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Dallas, TX to oversee inventory, material handling, and supplier communications. You will ensure safety, adherence to policies, and efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in a related field, a valid driver's license if driving for company tasks, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends. Local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience; industry experience preferred.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, unloading/loading and material availability; ensure variances are within guidelines.
• Ensure safety compliance and warehouse cleanliness.
• Direct warehouse specialists or leads and coordinate with vendors on materials.
• Handle damaged/returned products and ensure proper vendor returns.
• Follow bar coding processes and Load In/Load Out policies.
• Assist in inventory audits and warehouse security.
