Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field required.
• Lean/Kaizen experience with continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly warehouse employees using a servant leadership approach.
• Apply Lean and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement in workflow and space utilization.
• Champion a growth mindset culture, encouraging innovation, adaptability, and learning from mistakes.
• Implement and sustain standard work, visual controls, and 5S to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure timely receipt, put-away, and shipment of parts per production and customer schedules.
• Drive KPIs and audit processes to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and quality teams.
• Foster a people-driven environment built on trust and accountability.
