Job summary

International Motors LLC in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Parts Distribution Center. Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; you will drive inbound/outbound processes, coach hourly staff, and apply Lean and 5S to improve space and workflow.

We value servant leadership, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration with supply chain, operations, and quality teams. Must have a degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or logistics, and be eligible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution with 2+ years of experience.
• Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Or 5+ years of Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly warehouse staff.
• Apply Lean and Kaizen to improve workflow and space utilization.
• Drive safety, inventory accuracy, and service levels with KPIs.
• Implement standard work, 5S, and visual controls.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound receipt, put-away, and shipping.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and quality.
• Maintain documentation and manage union workforce professionally.
