Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to manage Package Handlers, provide training, and drive safety, productivity, and attendance across the team. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. Flexible shifts are possible; management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kg.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
• Preferred: Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Provide leadership and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance are followed at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and proactive communication.
• Develop individual development plans to grow department personnel.
