Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead Package Handlers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role focuses on safety, productivity, accuracy and customer service, with responsibilities to train teams and drive continuous improvement.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferred: management experience), strong communication, and ability to work flexible shifts. Permanent employee type with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred: Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative leadership and cultivates a positive, team-oriented working relationship across the organization.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implements employee development plans and ensures orientation, training, and coaching.
