• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, and safety.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance across the department.
