UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, coordinating safety, production, and attendance while fostering a proactive, team-oriented work environment. The role focuses on coaching, development, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The position requires the ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible scheduling, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implement personal development plans and conduct regular evaluations and coaching.
