Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and drive safety, productivity, and attendance. The role ensures high standards for accuracy, customer service, and organizational effectiveness across the department.

The candidate will lead training, enforce policies, and optimize resources while fostering a collaborative, proactive work culture. A Bachelor’s degree and management experience are preferred, with flexibility for a 5‑day workweek and morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
