Job summary

UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to lead Package Handlers, train teams, and maintain safety, productivity, and attendance standards. This role drives performance, fosters a collaborative environment, and aligns with corporate policies across the station.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (preferred), strong communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting, with the ability to lift 70 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Experience in supervising teams and driving safety and productivity.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Lead the department with proactive communication and cross-functional cooperation.
• Develop and implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures at all times.
