Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance and promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, and proactive coaching for staff.
