Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent education/work experience in a distribution center.
• 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a redistrib/ distribution center.
• Experience with handheld RF units.
• Powered industrial truck certification within 2 weeks of hire.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily activities and performance of warehouse workers to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure staffing, training, and communication to drive performance.
• Manage employee performance, motivation and development; handle conflicts.
• Lead staff meetings and implement policy changes as needed.
• Review procedures and improve operational efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with regulations.
