Vistar is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, order pulling, loading, and delivery paperwork in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will lead a team, ensure accuracy, safety, and timely execution of tasks.

This role emphasizes staff supervision, inventory control, and collaboration with the Warehouse Manager to optimize operations and maintain high service levels for customers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading with paperwork.
• Ensures stock received is stocked properly and FIFO procedures are followed.
• Models service quality and ensures teams understand their roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes the warehouse management system to maximize productivity and suggests improvements.
• Maintains building security and safety compliance; locks and alarms after night shift.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
