Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Lifts 10–35 pounds, up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• RF equipment experience and leading a team of 3–4 people preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates power equipment to select, palletize, and stage items for picking.
• Guide and train the Picking Department staff and assist supervisor.
• Support 4x10 shift schedule (0500 start) and ensure coverage.
