Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 3 years' experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities daily.
• Plan labor scheduling and use space and equipment efficiently.
• Hire, train and evaluate staff; address performance issues as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality and KPI targets are met.
