Floor & Decor in North Kansas City, MO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations for the store. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, while supporting the Receiving Supervisor with freight schedules based on customer and inventory needs.

You will lead staffing, maintain equipment, ensure safety, and drive efficient processes across shipping, receiving, and inventory control to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Ensure associates follow SOPs and manage disciplinary processes as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Complete activity reports and monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control.
