Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct store warehouse operations, supervise specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators.

You will support the Receiving Supervisor with daily freight scheduling based on customer and inventory needs. You will schedule personnel, oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and equipment maintenance, while enforcing safety programs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong interpersonal, team-building and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication, both oral and written, with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control and maintenance.
• Oversee warehouse safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
