Ford's BlueOval Battery Park Michigan site seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily material movement, inventory control, and readiness for production. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of logistics, warehouse supervisory, or material flow experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across receiving, put-away, picking, staging, line delivery, and shipping.
• Direct a shift of material handlers and forklift drivers to meet production needs.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards, audit inventory and BOLs, and ensure FIFO storage.
• Coach and develop team members; manage scheduling, overtime, and discipline.
• Collaborate with MP&L, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve bottlenecks.
