Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor to lead a team of planners in demand forecasting and procurement. You will manage manpower, attendance, inventory levels, and escalation reporting to the Materials Planning Business Unit Manager.

The role shifts from Day to Night as production ramps up mid-2027, with a 10% shift differential during Night Shift. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s with experience) or 5+ years in materials management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; clinical minimums as stated in ad.
• Master's degree accepted with 1 year of relevant experience; or 5+ years of experience in materials management.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams) required.

Responsibilities

• Develops material delivery routes and coordinates the flow with purchasing, production and engineering.
• Demonstrates problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective action to prevent production interruptions.
• Develops, implements, and maintains material control policies and systems.
• Allocates staffing and coverage to foresee production issues and reduce downtime.
• Drives safety improvements and maintains a strong safety culture in Supply Chain.
