Job summary

Mativ Windsor Operations is seeking a Warehouse Shift Leader/Manager to oversee daily receiving, inventory management, production support and shipping. You will supervise staff, optimize material flow, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at the Windsor site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Supply Chain Planning, coordinating outbound freight, and driving cycle counts and ERP-based material handling. Strong leadership and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse Shift Leader/Manager experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Effective in organizing work and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and Warehouse Management tools.
• Basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure receiving, stocking, put-away, picking and transfers follow site policies.
• Lead Warehouse staff and workforce planning for receipts, movements and outbound deliveries.
• Coordinate outbound shipping with 3PLs and logistics partners and resolve freight issues.
• Develop and execute Inventory Controls and Cycle Count activities.
• Manage ERP receiving of materials and coordinate with SCM releases of off-site stored materials.
• Support timely delivery of raw materials and receipt of WIP/Finished goods with production.
• Implement a freight cost-tracking program to analyze profitability.
• Maintain housekeeping on Docks and Warehouse areas.
