Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct warehouse staffing per operating principles.

• Maintain inventory controls and accuracy.
• Document and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support a positive employee relations environment.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction through quality handling and problem solving.
• Coach employees and communicate job expectations.
• Approve timesheets and work with HR.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with departments to communicate order status.
• Prepare work instructions.
