Job summary

Nippon Express USA is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to assist the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising warehouse operations, coordinating and leading daily activities to meet service and cost objectives.

The role requires 2–4 years in a warehouse environment, ability to present information to managers and clients, and experience with WMS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This position entails leading a team and upholding high standards of detail and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond questions from groups of managers, and clients.
• Must have previous experience with positions that oversee a high level of detail and quality.
• Possess a sense of urgency, and accountability.
• Experience with WMS, Excel, Word, PP.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Team Leader is Responsible for assisting the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising the warehouse operations. Coordinate and lead warehouse activities daily.
• Under the direction of Warehouse operation management, he/she is responsible for the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product within the Company’s service and cost objectives.
• Lead the Warehouse staff by instructing and assisting.
