Job summary

Nippon Express USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse Department and lead daily activities. You will handle shipments, pack and store goods, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ year experience in warehousing, ability to operate forklift, and proficiency with MS Office. Overtime may be required; valid driver's license is needed. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, lift and move heavy objects repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Forklift operation capability.
• Valid Class C Driver's license.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead warehouse activities daily under management.
• Handle, carry, load and unload shipments safely.
• Pack and store shipments in a safe, neat manner.
• Arrange packing materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper warehouse packing type.
• Move items with forklift or dolly without damage.
• Deliver and pick up shipments.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment conditions.
• Monitor inbound and outbound activities.
• Maintain location system for space optimization.
