Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee staff, and maintain inventory accuracy in support of our hunger-relief mission.

You will ensure food safety, coordinate receiving and distribution, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and throughput. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating daily operations.
• Experience with inventory control, receiving, storage and distribution.
• Ability to operate forklift and use inventory software.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support food safety standards.
