Job summary

St Marys Food Bank is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the outbound dock, oversee staffing, training, and safety, and ensure accurate loading/unloading processes. The role requires strong leadership, forklift certification, and experience with a warehouse management system.

You will maintain daily records, supervise teams, and coordinate with leadership to meet production and delivery targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in warehousing with at least three years in supervisory roles.
• Forklift certification and proficiency with MS Office and WMS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate warehouse teammates and communicate department goals.
• Oversee outbound dock activities, loading/unloading, and safety compliance.
• Maintain schedules, training, and coaching; ensure accuracy of documentation and passdowns.
