Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Missouri Class E driver's license; insurable.
• Flexible and adaptable on short notice.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler's license current or able to obtain.
• Team player and team leader capable.
• Sensitivity to needs of low-income people.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to warehouse staff for safe, timely work.
• Oversee inventory rotation in cooler, freezer, and dry areas.
• Prepare and stage products and supplies for Front of House/Market.
• Report injuries and complete related paperwork immediately.
• Assign personnel to load and unload trucks.
• Supervise warehouse team to meet The Food Bank Market needs.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance records and routine inspections.
• Coordinate with Market Manager for inventory rotation and pre-stocking.
• Ensure proper sanitation and safe food handling practices.
