Job summary

St. Mary’s Food Bank seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for Receiving & Inbound Operations in our Phoenix facility. This role ensures staffing, training, and equipment readiness to meet delivery timelines while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will supervise receivers, coordinate put-away, and partner with inventory control to reduce errors and waste. The position runs 11:00 am–7:30 pm, with opportunities to lead a dedicated team in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; five years warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Communicate department goals and procedures to staff and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
• Oversee receivers and put-away teams; manage schedules and staffing.
