Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee drivers and associates, and ensure on-time package delivery. You will coordinate labor, safety, and SOP compliance while working closely with the Warehouse Manager to execute the daily plan.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in warehouse or operations, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills; ability to lift 50+ pounds and pass background checks is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse/operations experience.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology platforms and mobile apps to manage workflow.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule including holidays as required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stay on feet for shift duration.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check/MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings to review goals and safety.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities.
• Evaluate performance and provide timely feedback; coach for development.
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure compliance across operation.
• Coordinate onboarding and dispatch with independent contractors.
• Monitor workflow using Fetch WMS; report KPIs and complete shift documentation.
• Manage access control and report lost devices; ensure security.
• Resolve customer experience tickets daily with Warehouse Manager support.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and on-site safety culture.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for residents, vendors, and third-party agencies.
• Identify major operational barriers and contribute to continuous improvement.
