Job summary

You will train staff, conduct performance reviews, enforce safety, and manage dock operations, labeling, and inventory accuracy with RF scanners. A hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading people.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
• Improve inventory accuracy using RF scanners and related systems.
• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks and dock operations.
• Ensure correct labeling and document damages or shortages.
• Maintain safety compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Provide training and conduct performance reviews.
• Work variable hours, including weekends.
