Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. in West Chester, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehousing activities. You will oversee inventory control, shipping, receiving, and workforce coordination to meet performance metrics.

The role involves supervising 20+ employees, planning schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring safety. This is a full-time on-site position with a Monday–Friday day shift, from 5:30am to 2:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates workers handling inventory, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Plans workflows and schedules to meet customer metrics and ensure timely shipments.
• Maintains inventory records and conducts cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Determines staffing needs and assigns workers based on workload.
• Ensures safety procedures and maintains harmony among workers.
• Trains and evaluates employees; handles payroll for the department.
