Job summary

Maersk Performance Team is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, and distribution activities on-site. You will coordinate inventory, cycle counts, and staffing to ensure on-time fulfillment and accuracy across the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include supervising 20+ employees, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining precise records while collaborating with planners to optimize inbound/outbound schedules and overall performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to supervise 20+ employees.
• Strong inventory control and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and assign duties.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff.
• Improve inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
