Job summary

Maersk Performance Team in the United States seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse activities including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will lead 30-50 associates, coordinate staffing based on workload, and ensure on-time delivery in line with company policies. Proficiency with MS Excel/Outlook is preferred; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates with daily tasks and workload priorities.
• Ensure receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods safely and on time.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with policies.
• Prepare and review shift paperwork and staffing plans.
