Job summary

The Warehouse Supervisor role at JM Family oversees daily operations in a high-volume Parts Distribution Center supporting 177 dealerships. You will lead a team of up to 20 associates across receiving, picking, and shipping, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity metrics are met.

You will coach, analyze data, and drive improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include 2–5 years in warehouse leadership, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and proficiency with Excel and WMS

Qualifications

2–5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Experience with Manhattan WMS and Power BI is a plus.
Willingness to work non-traditional hours in a 24/6 operation.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 warehouse associates to drive productivity.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including de-vanning, receiving, picking, and shipping.
Ensure daily production, quality, and safety targets are met.
Partner with Operations Manager and Supervisors to meet operational goals.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to associates.
Analyze data to guide daily decisions and identify performance trends.
Foster continuous improvement and a collaborative work environment.
