Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Operations Management, Business, or Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team by coaching, guiding, and developing skills.
• Communicate with dealership personnel and achieve PDC annual business plan and budget targets.
• Initiate operational improvements and conduct benchmark studies to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
• Serve as Change Agent for local Parts distribution strategy and communications.
• Coordinate with PDC leadership to ensure policy adherence and performance measures.
• Develop and monitor functional performance criteria for the operations area.
• Organize local Parts Council meetings and participate in National Parts Council Meetings.
