Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct store warehouse operations, supervise specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and support daily freight scheduling to meet customer and inventory needs.

You will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and equipment maintenance while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance and inventory control.
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment operation and compliance with safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Complete activity reports and manage paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control.
