Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities for optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and collaboration with customers across operations.
• Meet with team members regularly to monitor progress, coach and recognize achievements.
• Drive health & safety and security initiatives and ensure compliance with policies.
