Ryder System, Inc. in Etna, OH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily logistics operations within our Supply Chain Solutions division. You will coach and develop the shift, drive performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a $70,000 annual salary, a Monday–Thursday schedule with weekend flexibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year or more supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations and ensure safety.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish schedules and procedures for shift logistics.
• Responsible for site KPI and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with customers on operations to meet expectations.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and coach team members.
• Implement health, safety and security initiatives and policies.
• Orient and equip Lead Hands for job performance.
