The role offers a $70,000 annual salary, a Monday–Thursday schedule with weekend flexibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year or more supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations and ensure safety.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish schedules and procedures for shift logistics.
• Responsible for site KPI and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with customers on operations to meet expectations.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and coach team members.
• Implement health, safety and security initiatives and policies.
• Orient and equip Lead Hands for job performance.
