Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations on shift.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to review and plan processes.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate team activities for optimal shift performance.
• Be accountable for site KPIs and customer service specifications.
• Collaborate with customers on all operational aspects.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, coach and counsel team members.
